Fullxml is a full-featured and full-customizable web portal (a "phpnuke" like ?), but based on XML,XSL and ASP technology. It offer the possibility to create a complexe website with no coding needs and no database.
I've stopped the developpement of the ASP version several years ago now, but the old packages are still available :
